Helper Events and Meeting Center opened in September of 2018. The space is open to the public to rent for birthday parties, family reunions, meetings, yoga classes, informational classes and wedding receptions.
At Your Service
At the Helper Events and Meeting Center you will have an affordable place to decorate and make your own.  You can rent the center as an empty space or use our tables and chairs, our DJ, our photographer, our photo booth and many other items to make your day special. We can even supply the person to marry you if needed!!!
For extra fun let our party planners plan your child's birthday party. We can provide many popular children's characters to attend the party!Â

Banquet Catering
Helper Event and Meeting Center does not provide catering and does not have a list of caterers you must use. You may bring in your own food or choose from any of the caterers in the area. There is no kitchen on site.

These services are a wonderful way to add a unique element to your special event. Regardless of what your Photo and Video needs are, we guarantee that the Helper Event and Meeting Center team can manage every request to your precise specifications.
